Is this really free? What’s the catch?
Genuinely free, and there’s no catch for you. We earn a referral fee from our partner brokerages when a buyer we introduce eventually completes a purchase — that fee is paid by the brokerage out of their commission, never added to your cost. You pay exactly the same whether you come through us or walk in off the street. The difference is you arrive informed and introduced to a verified partner.
Will I get bombarded with sales calls?
No. We reply to what you actually asked, on the channel you chose. We don’t run call centres and we don’t pass your number around. If you’re just researching, we’ll send useful guidance and leave you to it — you reach back out when you’re ready.
What if I just have a compliance question and don’t want to buy anything?
That’s completely fine and very common. Many people reach us because they’ve received an ED notice, made a payment they’re now unsure about, or simply want to understand FEMA before they act. We’ll point you to the right information and, if needed, the right kind of professional. No purchase expectation at all.
Do you share my details with anyone?
Only in one situation: if you specifically ask us to introduce you to a brokerage partner, we share what’s needed for them to help you. Otherwise your details stay with us, are never sold, and are never used for unrelated marketing. If you want to be removed entirely, one message and it’s done.
Why do you ask about budget and timeline?
So the guidance is actually useful. Advice for someone buying an AED 2M Golden Visa apartment in three months is very different from advice for someone casually exploring options for next year. Approximate answers are completely fine — we’re tailoring help, not running a credit check.
